Ronnie Golz
Ronnie Golz wurde 1947 in London geboren, wuchs bis zum 13.
Lebensjahr in England auf und lebt seit 1960 in Deutschland. Seit 1970 ist er in
der Erwachsenenbildung tätig. Schwerpunkt seiner Themen ist" Jüdisches Leben in
Deutschland nach Ausschwitz". Dazu zählt für ihn die Geschichte des
Antisemitismus und AntiJudaismus sowie die Kunst als Mittel des Gedenkens. Seit
1990 beteiligt er sich an diversen Kunstausstellungen mit Arbeiten zu diesem
Themenbereich.
Ronnie Golz was born in London in 1947 and lived in Britain
until the age of 13. He has lived in Germany since 1960, and has been working in
adult education since 1970. One of his topics is "Jewish life in Germany after
Auschwitz". This has centred on the history of anti-Judaism and anti-Semitism as
well as on art, politics and memo-ry in post-war Germany. Since 1990 he has
participated in many art exhibitions, contributing works about these subjects.
